By purchasing and using our credit repair services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services Provided
AIHP Enterprises offers credit repair services, including:
- Reviewing credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion to identify inaccuracies.
- Drafting and sending correspondence to dispute inaccurate or outdated information.
- Monitoring the client’s credit profile throughout the program.
We do not guarantee specific results, as it is illegal to guarantee credit repair outcomes.
2. Eligibility for Services
- You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
- You agree to provide accurate personal and financial information.
- You must maintain active credit monitoring during the entire credit repair process. Failure to do so will result in dismissal from the program.
3. Payment Terms
- Initial Fee is due upon document processing.
- Payment Plan Option: Deposit due at the beginning of service with the remaining due 30 days later.
- Payments are automatically withdrawn from the account on file.
Non-Payment Policy:
- If payments are not received within 10 days after the due date, you will be dismissed from the program without a refund.
- If dismissed, you must re-enroll at full price and restart from Round 1.
- Dismissed clients cannot return under any promotion.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, you must:
- Avoid applying for new credit during the dispute process.
- Avoid accumulating new negative accounts (late payments, collections, etc.).
- Upload all letters from credit bureaus and collection agencies to the client portal immediately upon receipt.
- Maintain credit utilization between 1-10%.
- Do not refresh your credit report manually. If you do, you will be required to pay an additional fee for credit monitoring services.
5. Communication Policy
- The client portal is the primary method of communication.
- We do not accept phone calls. Contact us via the chat feature on our website or through the client portal.
- Monthly updates will be provided via email only. Do not contact us asking for updates before 7-9 calendar weeks.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel within 24 hours of signing the contract only via the chat feature on our website or the client portal.
- No cancellations via mail, phone, or email.
- If you cancel within 24 hours, payments made will be refunded within 30 business days.
- No refunds will be issued after credit repair letters are sent.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:
- You violate payment terms.
- You fail to upload required documents within the requested timeframe.
- You harass our staff or fail to comply with the program’s rules.
Upon termination:
- No additional letters will be sent.
- All communication will cease.
- No refunds will be issued.
8. Legal Disclaimer
- Results are not guaranteed. Credit repair outcomes depend on individual financial situations and credit bureau responses.
- AIHP Enterprises does not remove accurate and verifiable negative items from credit reports.
- We comply with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
- Clients have the right to dispute information with credit bureaus independently if they choose.
- Any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation by the client may result in immediate dismissal without refund and possible legal action.
9. Electronic Signature Consent
By making a payment, you agree that it serves as an electronic signature, confirming that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
AIHP Enterprises reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
