Refund policy

Thank you for choosing AIHP Enterprises for your credit repair needs. We value your trust and strive to offer clear, fair policies. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited and conditional. We invest time and resources into your file immediately after your enrollment. Therefore, once services have started, refunds are generally not available.


2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund only if:

  • You submit a written cancellation request via the website chat or client portal within 24 hours of making your initial payment.
  • No credit repair letters or services have been processed or initiated at the time of your request.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Credit repair letters have already been created or sent.
  • You fail to maintain active credit monitoringduring the entire program.
  • You are dismissed from the program due to non-payment, policy violations, or failure to upload required documents.
  • You cancel outside of the 24-hour refund window.
  • You refresh your credit monitoring report manually, triggering additional charges or errors.
  • You fail to follow instructions, resulting in delays or unfavorable results.

4. Payment Plan Terms

If you are enrolled in a payment plan, you agree to pay the full amount of the service as outlined in your agreement. Early termination or missed payments do not qualify you for a partial refund.

If your second payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, you will be dismissed from the program without a refund and required to re-enroll at the current full price.


5. Exceptions (If Any)

While all sales are final after the refund window, management may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for rare, extenuating circumstances. Approval is not guaranteed.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Submit your cancellation or refund request within 24 hours of purchase using our website chat box or through your client portal.
  • We do not accept cancellation requests via phone, email, or mail.

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 30 business days.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider:

  • All services will be immediately terminated.
  • You will be permanently banned from future services with AIHP Enterprises. 
  • We reserve the right to take legal action for false claims or fraudulent disputes.

8. Agreement to Policy

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return and Refund Policy.
